Port Arthur (Prison colony) Hobart Tasmania
This photo was taken in Port Arthur (Prison colony) Hobart Tasmania , it’s taken in the doorway of the most haunted
house at the historical site. The house belonged to The Rev George Eastman who died at Port Arthur 25th April 1870.
It’s said that he haunts his home and woman are warned not to enter the house alone as George is said to enjoy
frightening lone females. When I first looked at this shot of the doorway I didn’t see anything but when you zoom in
on it the face of a man is clearly seen to the right inside the door. We manipulated the shot to bring in more light and
a figure appears. Bloody scary eh!
