The backstory -- June 27th 05, I was on the job building a concert hall at a local hotel casino.
We got the call... Go home! Some 18-year-old kid climbed up the tower crane threatening to
jump. We went to the fifth floor of the parking garage instead; messed with a lot of guys'
heads... Prompted by Las Vegas Metro Police -- he did. Made a mess of the deck after he he
bounced back up in the air 30 feet after hiting the re-bar matte covered deck form... Then, he
went through it. I had no camera with me at that moment so no pics there... It was too gruesome
to have shown around anyway.
Next morning, I arrived at work an hour early as always. An old familiar feeling... I was a having a
moment of weakness because of the previous day. I knew they were there -- again. This wasn't
the first time I've captured the bastards on film.
